Account Managers / Consultants

Location: Southern California preferred
Compensation: Commission plus bonuses

Advanced Solar Integration Technologies, LLC is currently seeking experienced and aggressive sales consultants to manage all sales activities related to Residential, Commercial and Industrial applications. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this position is responsible for the overall account development.

Position requirements:

> Have a proven track record of demonstrated sales abilities.

> Be able to communicate effortlessly with a variety of groups in the filed. I.e. Real estate brokers, site managers, facility and plant managers and homeowners.

> Demonstrate exceptional people-skills with the ability to influence people at all levels of the organization.

> Possess the ability to build and maintain client trust through hard work and consistent follow-through.

> Demonstrate superior verbal and written communication skills.

> Be extremely organized and able to quickly prioritize and respond to client demands.

> Work both independently and in a team, performing equally well in positions of leadership and support.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

> Targeting new business opportunities within the Commercial and Industrial customers, generating and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.

> Preparing sales proposals for clients incorporating financial model, cost and ROI with clearly defined contracts terms and conditions.

> Maintaining familiarity with latest in solar tech., photovoltaic and Renewable energy trends and developments in order to speak in an intelligent and informed manner with members of both industries.

> Managing all aspect of account at local and national level. Including sales, negotiations and monitoring of contracts from start to finish.

> Participating in the development of the overall goals and objectives of the Sales Department.

> Developing and implementing procedures and processes designed to achieve maximum sales volume while maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

> Developing and maintaining long-term relationships in order to generate additional projects.

> Being available to clients at all times.

Preference will be given to applicants who:

> Currently have an extensive network in solar industry and have potential contacts.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Solar Sales or similar industry with B.S. in Business, Marketing or Finance.
